Verdae Development, Inc. appoints Eric Miller as senior development manager

Accomplished project manager to oversee Bolden Street District and advance Verdae’s long-term master plan

GREENVILLE, SC –  Verdae Development, Inc. has appointed Eric Miller as senior development manager, where he will lead the build-out of Bolden Street District, the 90-acre community node set to take shape between Laurens Road and the Swamp Rabbit Trail beginning in mid-2026, along with other major projects across Verdae’s master plan. With more than a decade of experience leading complex development projects, Miller brings proven expertise that will help Verdae advance its vision for Greenville’s next phase of growth.

Miller most recently oversaw the development of downtown Spartanburg’s new minor league baseball stadium, a marker of the city’s growth and revitalization. Before that, he played key roles in Boston-area developments, including the 500,000-square-foot Edward J. Sullivan Courthouse in Cambridge, as well as other residential, office-lab, and mixed-use projects.

“Eric brings not only deep experience but also a collaborative approach that aligns with our mission of building vibrant, inclusive spaces. His leadership will help ensure Bolden Street District and our other projects serve as catalysts for connection, opportunity, and quality of life in Greenville,” said Dan Klausner, chief executive officer of Verdae Development, Inc.

Miller earned his master’s degree in architecture from the Boston Architectural College and brings a unique ability to translate vision into buildable reality. His background equips him not only to navigate the technical demands of complex development but also to help create meaningful environments that foster connection and long-term community value.

“I’m thrilled to join the Verdae team at such a pivotal moment for Greenville,” said Miller. “Bolden Street District represents an opportunity to create something enduring for the city, and I’m eager to help bring that vision to life. My goal is to help deliver places that people are proud of – spaces that reflect Greenville’s character and stand the test of time.”
